Gerald H. Werfel, Partner
Gerald Werfel leads the firm's government contracting activities. His broad and diverse government experience prepared him well for the challenges of the private sector.
Since entering private practice in 1989, Gerald has concentrated on government contracting issues. He provides a full range of advisory services in all aspects of this complex area, representing clients of all sizes in contract disputes with the government. His experience includes—

- Helping government contractors establish internal controls and systems to avoid present responsibility issues
